Just a suggestion on how the site should be run - Firstly, duplicates aren't a bad thing. If someone posts a ten year old joke, does it really matter if it makes people laugh? I've seen jokes crop up here I remember from the 90s but still get a giggle. It'll mean sometimes old jokes will be on the front page, but so what. Secondly - deleting non jokes. That's why we have the little up and down arrows. If you don't find it funny, vote it down. If it's really that bad it'll get buried in minutes. That way, we won't ever worry about admin sticking us in sickipedia jail, or scrabbling around trying to see if our joke is too similar to someone elses, and the voting can decide on what's worthy and what isn't; but most importantly, it means the admin has much, MUCH less work to do. Who's in agreement, and who thinks its better with the current system?
