As a citizen of the West, I would like to plead with the people of the Middle East not to seek revenge for the assassination of Qasem Soleimani by attacking civilians of the US or its allies. We are not to blame for his death. But if you want to target the president who ordered the assassination, then please feel free.

So I was doing some work with a group of people who were dealing with the trauma of sexual assault recently, and we came up with 4 components that make for a successful transition through the stages. Recognize it. Be able to admit that something horrible happened Acknowledge it. Be comfortable and open discussing it. Process it. What can be learned from it Exit it.Move on from the traumatic thought knowing you have allowed your brain to analyze what’s gone on. Shame about the acronym though
