Yes!..there is a problem on this site..[speaking as a newcomer].. I've noticed the vendettas..rivalries and tactical voting?..and fell victim myself yesterday? I put two reasonable gags up..[popular on Facebook]..and in two hours I was running at -9 and -8 which suggests deliberate down-voting? By contrast..some of the lamest..oldest..most badly constructed jokes I've ever heard are riding high in the 100+ region! Thanks for the welcome!!

An experience from this day 2015...I had a few "Carol - Singers" round the other night!...about six of em! No costumes...or so much as a wisp of tinsel to signify their joyful festive spirit! Of the four boys...one grunted like an adenoidal Sloth...and actually resembled one as well [which was rather spooky]...another sounded like he'd poured bleach on his Jacob's!...while the remainder...simply moved their mouths [possibly just breathing]...and avoided eye - contact to the last! The girls sang and giggled alternate lines...until after around 34 seconds their "Gig"...petered out! My feelings and emotions at this point were difficult to express!...[before 9pm]...but I was glad that I hadn't activated my only remaining glow - stick to wave ceremoniously above my head as they performed! I did pay them!...50p each...but only on the contractual understanding that I would neither see or hear them again [anywhere]...this year...and a good way into the next! They agreed to my generous terms...wished me well...and trudged off to their next vict...er...audience!!.

A Scotsman and his wife walked past a swanky new restaurant in town! "Did you smell that food?" she asked.."it smells absolutely incredible!" Being a kindhearted fella, he thought "what the hell..I'll treat her" So he walked her past it again!!

Don't follow the money!..lol..follow the people in the top positions! I actually feel sorry for them..but understand their lack of self esteem..usually after reading their jokes? To me..the betrayal is in the fact that they pretend to be everyone's friend..and claim others are to blame! I could name at least 5..but I'm sure you're all aware anyway! It's a rather mediocre joke - site..and I refuse to get damp - eyed about losing a few sacred points?
