I was in the park today and I saw this kid. I asked the adults with "are the parents are guardians of this child?" They said bemusedly "yes, we are". "Then you should be a ASHAMED of yourselves! Anyone can see that this child is quite obviously drunk. Now, what do you have to say for yourselves?" They seemed nonplussed for a moment and then they got pretty mad and screamed "He has cerebral palsy, you moron!" So of course I said: "Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry, that must be very hard to live with. But that's no excuse to get him drunk!"
